Did we really need a video asking if it was really the new third kit? Um...maybe?

Today's B/R World Football Viral Video of the Day comes from Warrior, the manufacturer of Liverpool's new third kit.

The third kit? You remember the leaked photos. The thing was such a monstrosity that it prompted puns arguably even worse than the tacky purple-and-orange color scheme itself.

The kit is finally set to launch, and even though we still haven't seen official photos of the darned thing, it has already created quite a buzz.

Hence today's video. The folks at Warrior, it seems, felt like they needed to put out a video about the buzz about the launch of the kit. Got all that?

It's not a video about the kit itself. It's a video about the buzz about the kit.

And get this: It's uber-creepy.

On a black background, a stark, blood-red script declares the not-at-all sinister-sounding "WE KNOW YOU'VE BEEN TALKING ABOUT IT." Presumably, the marketing folks at Warrior want to conjure the image of Jennifer Love Hewitt and Freddie Prinze Jr. being stalked by an irate fisherman wielding a brutal, killer fishhook.

And as if that wasn't enough, they also appear to have borrowed the score from the movie Se7en. You know, that's the one where Kevin Spacey's character cuts off the head of...oh, never mind.

Anyway, no spoilers here from Warrior. Only creepy background noise, creepy fonts and creepy I Know What You Did Last Summer messages.

The third kit has to be epic now, right?
