Michelle Beadle Video: Watch Dan O'Brien Collapse in Front of NBC Sports' Newest

Dan O'Brien can now add sitting to his list of past tribulations. 

We kid, but only because Dan O'Brien is doing well and currently picking up pieces of his ego after destroying the flimsiest chair imaginable. 

SportsGrid directs our attention to this classic tale of boy meets girl, girl sees boy sit and boy subsequently falls to the ground. 

Let's hope the crew cleans things up prior to leaving to London for the summer Olympics. Actually, I can do with a great deal more slapstick comedy. 

O'Brien, a former gold medalist in the 1996 decathlon, was set to join Beadle for a friendly little interview. 

The former ESPN personality is undertaking a great deal of reporting for NBC Sports as they ramp up for the summer games. 

I want to take a moment to applaud Beadle for being a better person than I am. Yesterday, we showed a video of Elena Vesnina catching a chuckle at a cameraman falling at Wimbledon. 

We mentioned how there are two types of people in the world: those concerned when someone falls and those who laugh. 

I am a laugher. 

It seems Beadle is a far nicer person, as she is obviously concerned for O'Brien, who just ate it big time. 

Thankfully, for humor's sake, she was unsuccessful in holding him upright.
