Shocking Lines Out Of Carbo's Magic Hat When Habs Face Oilers

We all know the current situation of the Montreal Canadiens who have lost eight of their last ten games going into tonight's match-up against the Edmonton Oilers.

After the pathetic loss to the Calgary Flames on Monday Night, the players held a closed door meeting for almost 30 minutes. This is said to bring some change.

Yesterday morning (Tuesday), instead of taking them to a punitive practice, the coach drove everyone to a fun day at the bowling alley. Apparently, they all bonded together and very quite happy to do something besides hockey.

As for the game against the Oilers, Guy Carbonneau has shaked his line up in a major fashion. He will dress all eight defensemen, with Josh Gorges and Mathieu Dandenault playing as forwards.

I was utterly shocked to see these combination because they seemed to have appeared out of nowhere. There is maybe one line that I feel can score and the rest...let's just say it's blah!

Here are the trios for you to look at:

Max Pacioretty - Saku Koivu - Matt D'Agostini

Alex Kovalev - Tomas Plekanec - Mathieu Dandenault

Andrei Kostitsyn - Chris Higgins - Tom Kostopoulos

Josh Gorges - Maxim Lapierre - Georges Laraque

Andrei Markov - Mike Komisarek

Roman Hamrlik - Ryan O'Byrne

Patrice Brisebois - Francis Bouillon

Carey Price

Injured: Guillaume Latendresse, Robert Lang, Alex Tanguay

Pressbox: Sergei Kostitsyn, Steve Bégin

Are you shocked by these lines? How do you think the game will turn? Does Dandenault deserve to be on the second line? Should it be Sergei Kostitsyn sitting out?
