The main event at UFC Fight Night 17 didn't disappoint, as rising stars in the UFC lightweight division, Joe Lauzon and Jeremy Stephens, came to fight and they delivered an entertaining battle that didn't go to the judges.

Both fighters showed no intimidation as they stared each other down before the opening bell, followed by a pass from both fighters to touch each other gloves. 'However, they did tap gloves once the fight got under way.

Stephens looked threatening while the two fighters were standing up and tried to let his fists fly, but Lauzon utilized his biggest strength and took Stephens to the ground and tried to pick away at Jeremy until a submission opportunity presented itself.
