The previous match up was a Laker blowout win 105-88 with Kobe guarding LeBron and shutting him down in this previous matchup!

Today's rematch has the oddmakers making the Cleveland Cavaliers favorite by five points.

Lakers are on a roll on their current Eastern Conference road trip, going 5-0 thus far. LA looks to sweep both top teams in the east to ensure home court advantage throughout the playoffs this year.

Kobe gets up for playing against the best players in the league to test his skills by guarding the opponents best player. Expect him to guard LeBron the whole game and really make scoring tough for James.

Since Bynum went down with his knee injury early in this road trip Gasol has stepped up and averaged over 24 points and 10 rebounds. The key to this game for rebounding for LA if they can rebound even with Cleveland they will pull out a close win.

Cavaliers have won four in a row, but none of these teams were top teams from either conference. Cleveland players feel very disrespected this year, with only LeBron making the All Star Game. Home court has been there place this year going undefeated with a win streak of 23 games.

In the first matchup with Kobe, LeBron was not pleased with his performance. Look for LeBron to guard Kobe more than he did last game and this will be an eptic battle.

Defense will make or break Cleveland today. If this game is in the 90s they have a chance. If this gets into a shootout, LA will win easy.
