WWE News: Update on D-Generation X Appearance During the 1000th Episode of RAW
H/T: WWE

As the WWE prepares to celebrate the 1000th episode of Monday Night Raw next month, it’s expected for the company to roll out the red carpet for some of their biggest stars to return and attend the event.

With that said, the WWE is advertising for the show at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis a special one-night reunion of D-Generation X members Triple H and Shawn Michaels as two of the biggest names during the nearly two decades of the flagship program.

Here is what the WWE Hall of Famer said on his Twitter account after being asked by a fan about the reunion of the wildly popular stable during the episode next month.

After having no knowledge of the DX reunion next month, Michaels would go on to answer another fan question if fellow former members Road Dogg, X-Pac and Billy Gunn would be a part of the celebration of the 1000th episode of Raw.

The DX reunion of Triple H and Shawn Michaels will help serve as a buildup for the likely match between the COO of the WWE and Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam after the attack by the former UFC and WWE Champion during the night following Extreme Rules.

Lesnar could possibly attack Michaels during the 1000th episode to help enrage Triple H into returning to the ring to take the match with Lesnar instead of just remaining in his current backstage role as COO of the company.

With an appearance of DX scheduled for the 1000th episode celebration of Raw next month, what other past superstars would you like to see make an appearance during the brand new, permanent three-hour broadcast?
