Manny Pacquiao fans, did you feel left out for the past several weeks as the other biggest star of the sport got all the attention and spotlight?
Well have no fear, for it's now Manny Pacquiao's turn once again, as HBO's Face Off With Max Kellerman: Pacquiao/Bradley premieres this Saturday, May 12th on HBO at 12:30 p.m. ET/PT.
According to a press release email given to me by the executive producers of HBO:

For those who do not know, HBO's Face Off With Max Kellerman is a face-to-face interview where both fighters sit across from one another as Max Kellerman interviews them. Kellerman asks probing questions in hopes of providing insight into the fighters' mindsets and how they feel about one another. Training camps, gameplans and the night of the fight are discussed in great detail.
These HBO's Face Off With Max Kellerman can be really interesting and can provide great hype for the promotion campaign. Past editions, such as the second Cotto and Margarito Face Off, were great TV as some serious bad blood between the two boxers was exposed to the general public.
Yet the geniality of Manny Pacquiao might make this particular rendition rather dull.
Timothy Bradley on the other hand is still rather unknown to the mass public and this would be a great time for him to be introduced to the world. Bradley actually had a previous HBO Face Off With Max Kellerman episode when he had his highly anticipated fight with then undefeated, Devon Alexander, back in 2011.
In the HBO Face Off With Max Kellerman for Bradley/Alexander, it appeared that Alexander and his trainer were trying to bully a very game Bradley who seemed unfazed by their mind games. In fact, he proved to be the mentally stronger fighter as he defeated an intimidated Alexander once they actually fought.
My prediction is HBO's Face Off With Max Kellerman: Pacquiao/Bradley will turn out to be rather dull. The humble Pacquiao tends to go the no trash talking route, so the ratings for this issue of Face Off really depends on whether Bradley will try to play the villain. For the most part, Bradley is a humble no nonsense fighter himself, so we may just have to wait until HBO's 24/7 begins to really start getting excited for this fight.
Manny Pacquiao vs. Timothy Bradley takes place Saturday, June 9 from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and will be produced and distributed live by HBO Pay-Per-View beginning at 9:00 p.m. ET/ 6:00 p.m. PT.
