2009 College Football Preseason Rankings-1st Edition (Jan. 23)

I know this is probably way to early to release preseason rankings, but oh well.  And please remember that I looked at every singe FBS team (very closely) while I made this, so I don't think that they'll be that bad.  These will probably change before the season actually starts.  If you disagree, please just post a comment explaining your point, don't just get all mad and start throwing out random insults.
