RBC Heritage 2012: Tee Times, Date and TV Schedule
The powerful images remaining from the Masters are still fresh in our minds, giving the RBC Heritage the perfect opportunity to satiate our hunger for more exciting golf.
We might be leaving the grace and grandeur of Augusta, but Harbour Town is just as beautiful in its own right.
Forget the green jacket, because it's time to go plaid, the color of the jacket the esteemed winner gets this weekend
We have some of the best golfers in the world looking to rebound from the tribulations of the past weekend. Some would just like to keep a hot streak going.
Let's dive deeper into the fun and frivolity of the 2012 RBC Heritage tourney.
Where: Harbour Town Golf Links, Hilton Head Island, SC
When: April 12 - April 15
What They're Saying
There is a talented field heading to Hilton Head, but Davis Love III will not be among them. Newsday reports on the golfer's status ahead of the tourney.
"Love had committed on Friday, hopeful that he could play through a cracked rib that caused him to pull out of the final round of the Arnold Palmer Invitational last month. Love has not played since. The tournament begins Thursday.
"
Michael McGill of Sports News previews the event.
"This years field includes current World No.1 Luke Donald along with No.10 Webb Simpson. There are also 7 winners from this season including Mark Wilson, Bill Haas and Kyle Stanley. Eight past winners are teeing it up including Defending Champion Brandt Snedeker, 2010 Champ Jim Furyk and 2006 Champ Aaron Baddeley. There are also 16 Major Champions competing here like John Daly, Padraig Harrington and Ernie Els. Then you have a host of International players like Robert Karlsson, Charlie Wi, Ryuji Imada and Sang-Moon Bae.
"
Golfer to Watch
Love has had a great deal of success here, but he is out for the weekend. That leaves me to watch Luke Donald who will be looking to get a great deal more success in the bag after a lackluster Masters showing.

Furyk is looking for his second plaid jacket and is in the golfing form to do just that. He is playing consistently and is driving with precision.
If you need a sneaky hot golfer to watch this weekend, you may want to key in on Furyk who has made six of seven cuts in tournaments this year, and is 49th in GIRs and first in driving accuracy, via Sports News.
