The Miami Marlins have announced that manager Ozzie Guillen will be suspended five games due to his comments about Fidel Castro, according to Tim Brown of Yahoo Sports.

It's no surprise that Guillen has been suspended, though the length of it could be a topic of discussion.

Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports is reporting that bench coach Joey Cora will be managing the team in Guillen's absence.

With the Marlins on the road until Friday, the suspension will cover three home games against Houston.

It will be interesting to see what kind of reaction he gets from the Miami crowd when he does return.
