NFC: Cowboys
Last years best team and in my opinion this years as well. They have a hot shot quarterback who has mobility and a good arm. He can get away from pressure but isn't all aobut running like Michael Vick was, he has the ability to throw the ball pretty well. And his targets won't hurt him either. He can throw to a great Wide Receiver in Terrell Owens who makes deep catches for Touchdowns or catches short passes and turns them into first downs and big gains. Jason Witten is a great catching Tight End. He caught around 100 passes last year and over 1,000 yards and a decent amount of touchdowns. He is kinda big and can barrel over smaller defenders.

Their running game is led by Marion Barber, they lost Juliues Jones but filled that gap in the draft with Felix Jones from Akansas who split time with Darren McFadden. Dallas looks to have a good running game this year with Marion Barber's stiff arm and Felix Jones's speed.

The Cowboys defense should also be great. Led by veteran safety Roy Williams. They have a good set of Deep backs with Roy Williams, Terence Newmen, Ken Hamlin, Anthony Henry, and possibly Adam "Pacman" Jones. The front 7 could be the best in the NFL with Tank Johnson, Marcus Spears, Chris Canty, Greg Ellis, Bradie James, Zach Thomas, and DeMarcus Ware. Mixed wiht young and older guys look to stop the run, the short pass, and sakc the quarterback.

I see either a 11-5 or 12-4 record from Dallas, winning the NFC.

AFC: Patriots
Last year's AFC champs could easily win it again. They lost some talent but with the depth they have it won't make a big difference. They have Tom Brady, who is possibly one of the best Quarterbacks of all time. He has three rings and looks like he could get three more by the end of his career. He will be throwing to Randy Moss, who right now is the best receiver in the NFL, Jabar Gaffney, who is extremely under rated, and Wes Welker who caught over 100 passes last year. And with that offensive line Brady should have plenty of time to throw the ball to one of those receivers.

If Brady is held under control he will just hand the ball to Laurence Maroney who has the ability to make any run go all the way. He has a good stiff arm and good speed as well. Again with the blocking he should have a problem going through the holes they will make.

The defense should also be great. With Rodney Harrison, Tedy Bruschi, Richard Seymour, Mike Vrabel, and Ellis Hobbs. They have a constant pass rush and good run stopping defense. The secondary should stop most passes thrown and have the ability to make point on their own.
