With the card for this year’s WrestleMania building to be one of the best in a long time, there might not be enough room on the biggest show of the year for the WWE for the Divas on April 1st.

From Wrestling News Source via Wrestling Observer Newsletter:

It's being reported that WWE officials are considering the possibility of not having a Divas match during the main card of WrestleMania 28 this year, but having them do a pre-show match instead.

The reason is because WWE officials don't want to take away precious air time from special attraction matches that the people really want to see, such as Undertaker vs. Triple H and John Cena vs. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

Even with the card filling up with awesome matches, the Divas should still have the chance to perform at WrestleMania after competing all year just like their male counterparts on the roster.

While they deserve to be on the show, the division is so thin as of late there really isn’t a good feud to showcase at WrestleMania.

The match that people are waiting to see is the showdown between current champion Beth Phoenix and Kharma.

Since her return in the Royal Rumble match last month, fans have been waiting to see the imposing diva start a feud with the current Diva’s Champion to help rejuvenate the stale division that has been dominated by Phoenix.

The matchup of the two most powerful divas on the roster will not likely happen as Kharma is still recovering from giving birth to her first son on December 31st, 2011.

Without the Kharma-Beth Phoenix matchup for WrestleMania, I would have to say there could be a pre-show match for the divas but not one on the main card of the event this year.

So Bleachers, would you be upset if the WWE doesn’t have some kind of Diva’s match at WrestleMania this year?
