Jack Nicholson: Why You Can't Argue with Jack's Stance on the Super Bowl

Jun 7, 2018

You can go ahead and ask Jack Nicholson what he thinks of the Super Bowl, but you should know that the truth isn't easy to handle.

We know this because TMZ asked Jack what he thought about the idea of going to the Super Bowl, and Jack was brutally honest with them.

As they are known to do, TMZ ambushed Jack outside a restaurant on Thursday night and asked him if he is going to be in Indianapolis for Sunday's big game.

His response: "I'd rather drink bleach."

Then he got in the back of a car (like a boss) and was gone.

It's unclear why Jack isn't willing to go to the Super Bowl. Maybe he doesn't like football. Maybe he doesn't like Indianapolis. Maybe he just doesn't want to miss a Los Angeles Lakers game.

We'll probably never know. One thing's for sure, though, and that's that Jack is missing out.

I've never been to the Super Bowl, but I've been led to believe that it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience. They're held in the country's very best cities and very best stadiums, and the game itself is made to be a spectacle unlike any other in the sports world. Occasionally, the game itself is awesome too.

Apparently, none of these things appeal to Jack.

But am I going to argue with him?

Hellllllllllllllllllll no.

Are you kidding me? He's Jack freaking Nicholson. Nobody argues with him, especially not a feeble person like myself. Jack doesn't live my wildest dreams. He laughs at them, and then he goes out and lives his own wildest dreams.

That's really all there is to it. I don't mind arguing with people I perceive to be more awesome than myself, but I draw the line at Jack. He occupies that special next level of awesomeness, where he rubs elbows with the likes of Chuck Norris and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Besides, we know he likes basketball, and we know he likes baseball.

Both of those sports are better than football.

Yeah, I said it.
