Tim Lincecum and Matt Cain have become the Bay Area celebrity power couple. The pitching dynamic duo, earning All-Star game berths, winning Cy Youngs and bringing home a World Series trophy. Giants fans have been content for some time now to watch these two vastly different pitchers grow and succeed. However, there has always been a quiet debate amongst fans...

If you had to choose, if Barry Zito pointed a gun at you, like some sort of guitar playing Two-Face and made you decide. Which one would you pick? Lincecum or Cain?

The argument for each pitcher has run along these lines...

Keep Lincecum: He is better for marketing. Plus he has dominated Cain in the overall success department. He's won two Cy Young awards in addition to breaking several Giants strikeout records.

Keep Cain: He is a workhorse who is going to hold up longer. He has been reliable and that is what you look for in a long-term contract.

Or the always practical...

Keep Them Both: The Giants recent run of success has been built entirely on the arms of the pitching staff. Lincecum and Cain are the two most important elements in that. Give them both the world if you have to.

So now it is your turn to choose. Play Brian Sabean today and open up your imaginary puppies-wearing-Hawaiin-shirt print checkbook.

Who do you keep and why?
