St. Louis Rams: Shane's News and Nuggets at Noon (Monday Edition)
Hope everyone is having a good start to the week.
Today's edition will be rather short as I was up until almost 5 a.m. working on my first edition of the St. Louis Rams 2012 seven-round mock draft, as available here.
The unveiling of the St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission's initial proposal comes February 1. Many fans are anxious to see how it all plays out. Worry was amplified when news broke that Rams owner Stan Kroenke had placed a bid for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Steelers Owner Gives Rodgers Update
A new report, however, suggests that his bid for the Dodgers has a lot working against it and that it would be a surprise to see Kroenke ultimately owning the storied Major League Baseball franchise.
Other franchises, including the Minnesota Vikings, are dealing with their own lease issues. In fact, Minnesota does not even have a lease currently, and the San Diego Chargers are operating on a year-to-year lease.
Several potential stadium sites are being looked at in Minnesota. One of those is in Ramsey County, and the latest on that site can be found here.

Finally, what do you guys think of the news that the nation's top football recruit, Dorial Green-Beckham, may indeed be heading for Mizzou?
According to the Tulsa World, he is going to be a Missouri Tiger, however, Green-Beckham's father is denying the report.
