We're just hours away from kickoff at Gillette Stadium for the AFC Championship between the Baltimore Ravens and the New England Patriots and now both teams have released their list of seven inactives.

For the Patriots, the team will be without Chad Ochocinco, Stevan Ridley, Shane Vereen, Sebastian Vollmer, Gary Guyton, Donald Thomas and Ryan Mallett.

It's no surprise that Ochocinco is inactive, as he was in the Miami area yesterday for his father's furneral—and not to mention he's been a non-factor all season.

As for Stevan Ridley, that's definitely surprising but should indicate that Danny Woodhead will be playing a lot of snaps today against the Ravens.

As for the Ravens, they will be without Tandon Doss, Chykie Brown, Anthony Brown, Josh Bynes, Sergio Kindle, Justin Boren and Brandon McKinney.

Kickoff is just about an hour away—brace yourselves.
