WWE News: Breaking News Update on Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman
Dave Meltzer, reporting in the January 16 edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, claims WWE Chairman Vince McMahon told a writing staff member that Paul Heyman will not manage Brock Lesnar if the former WWE and UFC Champion returns to the organization.
Heyman's 2006 falling out five years ago with McMahon, remains a controversial subject with the McMahons. Meltzer reported that McMahon stated Heyman, who had a spectacular run as the head writer for WWE Smackdown, highlighted by Lesnar's title run and The Smackdown Six (Rey Mysterio, 2012 WWE Hall of Fame inductee Edge, Chris Benoit, Kurt Angle, and Los Guerreros) would not be playing Lesnar's agent this time around.

This should be of no surprise to anyone, especially because Heyman has adamantly refused to perform in pro wrestling anymore. It is to the point where he has turned down every fan convention, autograph signing, personal appearance, and even balked at TNA Impact Wrestling's overtures in 2010—unless given what he called "the Dana White package."
Dana White, for you who live under a rock, is the President of UFC. He is 10 percent-owner of the company, which is his compensation, in addition to salary for building the company back from sub-zero.
Meanwhile, Lesnar is in retirement from the UFC. And from all reports is a very wealthy man.
His book Death Clutch, co-written by Heyman, will be released in paperback form by HarperCollins Publishers on June 5, 2012.
The book was released in hardcover on May 24, 2011, but sales were hampered by Lesnar's inability to promote the book and have a book tour due to his surgery to address his UFC career-ending fight against diverticulitis.
When it comes to Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman in the WWE, the best way to look at things is to believe it when you see it. There's going to be a lot of misinformation out there until something very real happens involving Vince McMahon, Brock Lesnar, and Paul Heyman.
