NFL QB Battle Predictions 🔮

Jordy Nelson

The Green Bay Packers have more weapons than they can count, but they use every one of them. One of the new favorite targets this season has been standout wide receiver Jordy Nelson out of Kansas State University.

Nelson is a tall receiver at 6’3” and has the speed and strength to get separation on a defender, but it has been the slow evolution as a player that has the Packers super excited.

Every season of striving to get better has paid off during the next, and Aaron Rodgers trust in the star is only growing.

With No. 1 receiver Greg Jennings out with a knee injury, it will be up to Nelson and the plethora of other stars to get open for Rodgers and make the big plays.

Tim Tebow

The Denver Broncos were not supposed to be in the playoffs, but one of the most respectable stretch runs of this season came from Tim Tebow and the fighting Denver Broncos.

While too many already believe Tebow is a superstar, he will not be considered a star until he proves that he is something special when the games really count. Until then, he will remain an overrated fan favorite.

As most people say at this time of the year, it’s time to throw the regular season away and start anew. That’s a luxury that was afforded Tebow this season, so let’s see what kind of legacy he writes for himself.

Even if Tebow loses this game against the tough Pittsburgh Steelers, if he passes the ball well and protects it through the air and while he is running and keeps the game close then he could show enough people that he is a quarterback for the future.

Julio Jones

With almost four yards and six touchdowns over the last four games of the season, there may be no hotter wide receiver in the NFL right now than Julio Jones of the Atlanta Falcons.

The Falcons mortgaged the farm to get Jones and many questioned the move after a slow start and a hamstring injury, but the results speak for themselves in this case.

With Atlanta taking on a New York Giants team that likes to get after the quarterback, Jones will have to get open quickly to give Matt Ryan the chance to thread the needle before being destroyed.

If the Falcons can pull the upset over the New York Giants on Wild Card Weekend thanks to a huge game from Julio Jones, the Jones draft pick will have already paid off.
