NFL Playoff Picture: San Francisco 49ers and Frauds That Will Be One and Done

Every year there are teams that make the playoffs that probably don't deserve to be there. There are also always teams that deserve to be in the playoffs but just don't matchup well with any of the other playoff teams. This year, teams in both of those categories will make the playoffs.
Let's take a look at three teams that won't win a playoff game (unless they play each other).
Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons aren't really that good at anything offensively. They can both pass and run effectively, but they aren't great at either.
They're unable to adjust their style of play to capitalize on their opponent's weakness, and that's going to cost them in the playoffs. Their inability to make big plays is also going to cost them against some of the high-scoring NFC teams.
This team probably doesn't deserve to make it to the playoffs and certainly won't win a game.

Houston Texans
I really didn't want to put the Texans on this list, but I have to.
TJ Yates is just not a playoff quarterback. If Matt Schaub or even Matt Leinart were still healthy, I'd probably pick the Texans to win at least one playoff game.
But with Yates at quarterback and Andre Johnson not at 100 percent, the Texans are going to have a hard time winning a game in the playoffs.
Teams will just stack the box against Arian Foster and make it hard for Houston to score any points.
San Francisco 49ers
The 49ers are a good football team, they just aren't equipped for a long run in the playoffs.
With teams like the Detroit Lions, the Green Bay Packers and the New Orleans Saints throwing the ball all over the place, the 49ers will be overmatched.
San Francisco relies on the run offensively and on stopping the run defensively.
The three teams mentioned above like to score early and often, meaning the Niners will have to pass to keep up. They also don't need to run the ball to be effective offensively, taking the 49ers out of their defensive strength as well.
Since the 49ers don't match up well with two teams they might play in their first playoff game, it'll be one-and-done for San Francisco.
