WWE News: Seth (Tyler Black) Rollins To Hit Main Roster Sooner Than Expected
Rollins has began traveling with WWE on the road dating back to as early as last week. He is with the SmackDown crew as of this writing.
He has been working dark matches for WWE's shows and is supposed to be doing live event shows as well with WWE.
People within WWE believe Rollins will hit the main roster sooner rather than later according to ewrestlingnews. With the loss of Randy Orton for a while, it would be the perfect time to introduce Rollins.
Usually a hot star coming out of FCW, traveling with WWE on the road, hits the main roster within about two months.
There are special cases, but usually that is the schedule with talent.
Other reports are saying that he could be followed by Richie Steamboat and Dean Ambrose soon as well.
Ambrose will be recognizable to fans. He also has a lot of fame on the Indy scene.
Many know him as Jon Moxley.
Some think that Ambrose will be one of the breakout stars this year once he hits the main roster. Reports say that he is better than some stars in WWE's main event scene.
If you've seen his work in FCW, you can understand why people believe that.
He has worked wonderful matches with Rollins, and WWE wants to put this on TV.
It would be excellent to see both go to the main roster and go at it. No need to make it a title match or anything like that—just two guys trying to one-up each other.
Rollins is very young and has the look WWE loves. This is why many believed he would be going to WWE sooner or later. Rollins is just 25, and was only 23 or 24 when he signed with WWE a little while back.
He made a big name for himself under the name Tyler Black while performing around the United States. However, he is best known for his stint in Ring of Honor. Some call it the best Indy promotion in the world today.
WWE is very familiar with Ring of Honor, as ROH has given them some big names, just as it has for TNA.
For WWE, it gave them world champions CM Punk and Daniel Bryan.
For TNA, it gave them AJ Styles, Chis Daniels, and Samoa Joe just to name a few,
Obviously, scouts had an eye on Rollins in Ring of Honor.
Rollins was at one time considered one of the top wrestlers in the world.
In 2009, he was ranked No. 17 in PWI's Top 500 Wrestlers List. The PWI 500 is a major thing to be on for any pro wrestler.
People know Rollins can deliver when it comes to ring work. This was never in doubt. The thing he has always had issues with was his promo ability.
Mic work is very important in WWE, and without it, you won't go to the top of the mountain.
This was why he was sent to FCW; to develop. Since then, his mic work has improved and it's possible that it'll continue to get better.
But right now, all we can do is wait and see.
When do you want to see Rollins? And when do you think he will debut on TV?
