Georgia Football: Previewing C.J. Curry and the Top 2012 Recruits
With a lot of focus going towards the 2011 Bulldog roster, especially those capable of making an immediate impact on the field, I thought it would be a good time to look ahead to next season to examine those who have the potential and talent to make possibly an even bigger impact for UGA,
That being said, here is a list of five of the Bulldogs' top 2012 commitments.
Lonnie Outlaw
1 of 5Lonnie Outlaw is entering his sophomore year at Georgia Military College this fall and, despite some previous academic hiccups, is expected to arrive at Georgia next season.
The 6'7" wide receiver will be a valuable asset on both fade routes and deep balls next season, based solely on his size when matched up with a likely shorter defenseman. His large stature will also make him one of the Bulldogs' best offensive blockers as well.
Look for Outlaw to make an immediate impact upon arriving in Athens next year.

Jalen Fields
2 of 5Like Lonnie Outlaw, Jalen Fields is also entering his sophomore year at Georgia Military College because of past academic mishaps. That being said, Fields is also expected to be a Bulldog next year.
Experts are projecting the 6'5" Fields to be an outside rusher, although questions still remain as to whether he'll be at linebacker or end. One thing is for sure, Georgia coach Mark Richt will use Fields' speed to his advantage next season, as the addition of a true pass rusher will surely help the Bulldogs' defense.

Leonard Floyd
3 of 5Dodge County High School defensive end Leonard Floyd is one of the best all-around athletes in the state of Georgia this year, as his athleticism, backside pursuit and overall size have Bulldog fans anticipating his arrival next season.
Rivals.com ranks Floyd as a four-star prospect, which ties him with three other Georgia commitments in that category. With a slight adjustment in the intensity category, Floyd will likely become a difference-maker on defense in no time.

Jonathan Taylor
4 of 5Jonathan Taylor, another Rivals.com four-star commitment, is one of the most powerful defensive linemen in all of Georgia. His quickness on his feet and ability to change direction in the snap of a finger have made him an overpowering force on defense, something Bulldogs fans are anticipating for 2012 and beyond.
The 307 pound Taylor is one of the more athletic linemen in Georgia as well. Although there is still room for improvement in his pass rushing skills, Taylor will likely make an enormous impact when his time comes next season in Athens.

C.J. Curry
5 of 5C.J. Curry, a Rivals.com four-star wide receiver out of Flowery Branch High School in Georgia, has good hands and has proven that he can come down with the ball despite having multiple defenders on him at any given time.
At 6'2", 184 pounds, Curry has also shown he is capable of breaking tackles for a big gain as well as running explosive patterns thanks impart to his speed off the line. Georgia fans, still reeling from the departure of A.J. Green, arguably the best receiver to ever dawn a Bulldog uniform, are already talking highly of Curry and his 2012 arrival.
