The following are my projections on all the non-BCS Bowls.

However to avoid confusion I will state that the 10 BCS Bowl teams are Oregon(NCG), Auburn(NCG), TCU(Rose), Wisconsin(Rose), Arkansas(Sugar), Ohio State(Sugar), Virginia Tech(Orange), Nebraska(Fiesta), Stanford(Orange/Fiesta), Connecticut(Orange/Fiesta).

I am assuming that Middle Tennessee State and Washington win their games this weekend. Ohio gets left out of a bowl because Georgia Tech/Clemson and Louisville can get in ahead of them with a 6-6 record thanks to a new rule.

So a winning team with an 8-4 record won't go bowling but a tied team will.
