Cam Newton, Andrew Luck, Ryan Mallet and Jake Locker are the most well known QBs in college football today, but can any of these quarterbacks have as much of an impact on their teams as Kellen Moore has had for Boise State?

The answer to that is no, because none of these QBs has led a team, with a bunch of no-name players, to a currently undefeated season.

Kellen Moore has the best record for college quarterbacks in the game, as he has been undefeated for the past three regular seasons and has only one loss in a bowl game. After finishing last year with first-team All American honors, Moore has been playing at an even higher level than his sophomore season.

This season, Moore has been virtually unstoppable and even hushed critics after beating, not only, Virginia Tech, but also four other BCS bowl eligible schools this season. His best game was, by far, against the 7-3 Hawaii Warriors during week 9 of the season. Moore made a statement by passing for a career high 507 yards to go along with 3 touchdowns in that game.

On the stat sheet, Moore has been averaging almost 300 yards per game and has been averaging 11 yards per completion.  The craziest stat by Moore is the fact that he has thrown only 4 interceptions all season and has a passer rating of 192.38.

While most quarterbacks have a favorite receiver who they go to often, Kellen Moore has been the one quarterback to distribute the ball evenly to all his receivers. The fact that Moore has 7 different receivers that have surpassed the 100 yard mark and that he has thrown to 17 different receivers/backs throughout the season are pretty amazing feats by him.

When you think of the most dominant quarterbacks in the game of college football you think of the Vince Young’s, the Charlie Ward’s, the Tommie Frazier’s and the Tim Tebow’s, but have you ever thought of adding the most dominant quarterback, Kellen Moore, to the list?

Out of any candidates, Kellen Moore deserves the Heisman. Just check the film, the stats, and his record, to see why he should win the award.
