34 of 50
Commitment: USC
I'm not as high on Wittek as Bryan, who ranks out at No. 63 on the B/R Top 100,but he's still a very good talent with a high ceiling, but must work on his accuracy issues to be successful at the next level. He's Rivals No. 4 pro-style QB and the No. 16 QB on Scout.
35. Victor Blackwell, WR (USC)
35 of 50
Commitment: USC
Blackwell's greatest asset is without a doubt his hands. The ball just sticks to some guys when they go up for it and he's one of them. 38 of 50
Commitment: Nebraska
The next best thing at the center position beyond Brian Bobeck, Reeves is a very talented lineman with the ideal size for the position. He needs to work on staying with his block all the way through the play, but that's the only knock you'll find on Scout's No. 2 center.
39. Jeoffrey Pagan, DE (Florida)
39 of 50
Commitment: Florida
Pagan has about as much upside as any prospect in the country as he's only played a year of football to this point but already has the scouts raving over his ability. Rivals ranks him as the No. 25 overall prospect, but Scout list him at No. 13 for DEs.

43. Brey Cook, OT (Arkansas)
43 of 50
Commitment: Arkansas
Cook is a massive prospect at offensive tackle, who at 6'7" and 310 lbs appears to not be done growing yet and has the looks of a kid still filling into his body. If he can polish off his technique, you have yourself an elite left tackle. Cook ranks as a top 10 prospect at his position by both Scout and Rivals.
44. Kris Harley, DT (Virginia Tech)
44 of 50
Commitment: Virginia Tech
Harley is an intense player with a great motor and drive that never quits on a play and works on getting into the backfield hard, every play of the game. He's got to do a better job staying low, but the talent is there. Scout ranks him as the No. 13 DT and Rivals ranks him at No. 19.

View Nos. 51-100
48. Marquis Anderson, DT (Oklahoma)
48 of 50
Commitment: Oklahoma
Anderson has a great initial burst off the line of scrimmage and has solid body control that helps him get around blockers, but he needs to get stronger to do that at the next level. The No. 90 prospect on the B/R Top 100, He's a top 10 DT on Rivals.
49. Ron Tanner, S (Ohio State)
49 of 50
Commitment: Ohio State
Tanner is a player no one seems to agree on, but he does have a good tackling ability and coverage skills although his speed and change of direction ability are suspect. A top 10 safety on Scout, Tanner doesn't crack the top 40 on Rivals.
50. Albert Louis-Jean, CB/S (Miami)
