From the beginning of the LSU game to the National Championship Game against Texas, Alabama kept hitting.
As the season wore on the hits became harder and more numerous.
Alabama never quit, but a lot of other teams sure did.

Terrence Cody vs. Chris Tolliver
Mark Barron plugged the hole while Mt. Cody knocks Tolliver to the turf.

Dareus gets his sixth sack of the year against Jefferson's replacement Jarrett "Pick Six" Lee.
Mark Ingram and Julio Jones vs. Stefoin Francois
Julio Jones, one of the best blocking WRs in the game, gets to Stefoin Francois at the same time as Ingram. Mark Ingram gained an additional five yards after the two hits.
Mark Barron vs. Gravity
Okay, so this isn't a hit. But somebody please tell me how Mark Barron got so much air beneath his feet? Note the two photographers too awestruck to do their job.
Rolando McClain, Courtney Upshaw and Eryk Anders vs. Tyson Lee
Lee gets gang tackled for minimal gain.
Rolando McClain and Lorenzo Washington vs. Anthony Dixon
Anthony Dixon learning why running against the Alabama D is next to impossible.
Lorenzo Washington vs. Tyson Lee

Cody gets penetration and brings down Tate for no gain. Big man could move.
Three vs. Ben Tate
I think that's Nico Johnson, Eryk Anders and Robby Green but I'm not sure. I'm positive that's Ben Tate.
Terrence Cody, Rolando McClain, and Ali Sharrief vs. Ben Tate
Lorenzo Washington was in on that tackle too but there were too many names to fit into the slide title.
