On Sunday night, former Louisiana-Lafayette offensive lineman Ethan Rosenbalm posted a video of strength and conditioning coach Lewis Caralla walking across players’ legs as they did wall sits with 45-pound plates resting on their quads.

As the Ragin’ Cajuns sang their fight song, Caralla instructed them to get louder—all without ever breaking stride.
