You know her from such hits as standing in the stands cheering on A.J. McCarron at the BCS Championship Game and standing around for pictures in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. Now Katherine Webb will feature in her latest role: sitting by McCarron's side at the Heisman Award ceremony.

FanSided recently spotted a tweet from NFL.com's senior analyst Gil Brandt who declared the upcoming festivities will be star studded outside those obvious football phenoms.

Webb, for her part, seems to be rather ecstatic for the big day. She's been rather prolific on Twitter, supporting her Alabama quarterback of a boyfriend.

McCarron didn't capture the Davey O'Brien Award, but he isn't leaving the season empty handed.

Now many seem to think he will have more to do sightseeing than he will collecting hardware. Despite the Heisman odds, McCarron is already leaving a winner.

AL.com's Michael Casagrande reports a flummoxed McCarron won the 2013 Maxwell Award on Thursday, given to the player the panel believes was the best football player of the year.

Here is a video that illustrates just how shocked McCarron was to receive the honor. If you look closely, you can see an equally surprised Webb.

Now heading into Saturday night's event, McCarron is seen as a long shot to bring home the Heisman Award. According to Yahoo! Sports Nick Bromberg, Jameis Winston is still the odds-on favorite to take the top prize with the field looming behind at 35/1 according to one sportsbook

With the Maxwell Award still fresh in his mind, we wouldn't blame McCarron or his family for thinking there is an outside chance he could shock the contingent of college football stars.

If that happens, we may get yet another classic cameo from the woman made famous by a Brent Musburger quip.

The shock of McCarron winning the Heisman and Webb looming nearby might just shut down Twitter for good.
