It was revealed during a Thursday press conference that Florida State Seminoles quarterback Jameis Winston will not face any charges stemming from an alleged sexual battery in December 2012.

As reported by ESPN's Joe Schad, neither Winston nor anyone else will be charged in the case "based on sufficient evidence" and some inconsistencies in the accuser's story, per state attorney Willie Meggs.
