Tennessee QB Nate Peterman Gets Rocked as His Offensive Line Doesn't Move

Tristan ThornburghJun 7, 2018

Tennessee attempted to run a trick play against Florida where the offensive line doesn't move and the wide receivers streak toward the end zone, trying to catch the defense off guard. It probably seemed like a good idea in theory when the coaches drew it up.

However, the play utterly failed against the Gators, as it resulted in quarterback Nate Peterman taking a big hit as his line stayed motionless. The offense was bailed out by a pass interference call, but Peterman still got rocked thanks to the play call.
