This is the perfect time to panic if you're a USC fan.

Five-star cornerback Jalen Ramsey and 4-star defensive ends Torrodney Prevot and Jason Hatcher all reportedly decommitted from USC on Tuesday, one day before national signing day. reported the news about Ramsey.

Then Scott Van Pelt said on ESPN Radio that Hatcher was decommitting, per John Clay of the Lexington Herald-Leader:

Less than an hour later, Greg Powers of confirmed that Prevot was decommitting:

Ramsey will reportedly be signing with Florida State instead, per the Rivals report. Hatcher will reportedly be signing with Kentucky. Prevot is still undecided.

Talk about a mass exodus.

USC is still pursuing 4-star outside linebacker Quinton Powell and 5-star defensive tackle Eddie Vanderdoes, but you have to wonder if it's going to get worse for the Trojans on national signing day before it gets better.

The Trojans are coming off a disappointing 7-6 campaign, losing to Georgia Tech in the 2012 Sun Bowl. It was particularly disappointing because the Trojans were ranked No. 1 in the nation before the season. The Trojans also lose starting quarterback Matt Barkley, who is headed to the NFL.

It's going to be interesting to see what happens from here on out for USC. There is still plenty of time for other recruits to decommit. However, the Trojans are hoping this is the last of it.

USC has not been a stranger to ups and downs or controversy since head coach Lane Kiffin took over in January 2010. The Trojans are still under a recruiting limit due to NCAA sanctions, and this latest news can't help a program that has been in hot water recently.
