LSU Tigers Set For Second Spring Scrimmage

LSU coach Les Miles will put his team through its second full-scale scrimmage of the spring on Thursday when the Tigers workout at 3:30 p.m. in Tiger Stadium.

Thursday’s scrimmage will again be scripted in nature and will feature game-like situations for both the offense and defense. LSU is also expected to spend time working on special teams during the scrimmage.

Thursday’s workout will also be the 11th of the spring for the Tigers, leaving LSU with just four practices remaining. LSU will take next week off for spring break before returning to campus for the final week of spring practice on Apr. 13.

LSU’s annual spring game is scheduled for 5 p.m. in Tiger Stadium on Saturday, Apr. 18. Tickets for the LSU Spring Football Game are currently on sale for just $5.
