Did you enjoy seeing No. 1 Alabama go down at home last week on CBS to the visiting Texas A&M Aggies? Well, if you liked that, this week you may see it again as the new No. 1 team in the country goes up against one of the best offenses in the country.

And it’s on prime time at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.

So, with that being said, welcome back to another week of the ultimate television viewing guide. As always, I will be your guiding light through the upcoming week of college football.

As I said in the intro, watching Alabama go down at home to Johnny Manziel and Texas A&M was great. The action moved back and forth, with Manziel making sensational play after sensational play.

This week, the new No. 1 team in the country, Kansas State, heads to Waco to take on the Baylor Bears.

Baylor isn’t as good as the Aggies, as the Bears defense ranks 118th in the nation in points allowed, giving up 39.4 per game.

However, Baylor can keep up with its opponents, as they’re averaging 42.7 points per game.

Plus, Baylor is 3-1 at home this year, and in those wins, the defense has held opponents to 24, 23 and 14 points.

Baylor may be an 11-point underdog (according to SBGglobal), but they will keep this game close on Saturday.

But Baylor vs. Kansas State is just one game in a cornucopia of great television that you can watch on Saturday.

However, before we can move forward, I have to give you an update on how my alma mater, California University of PA, is doing in the Division-II. The Vulcans closed their season out with a win at home against Millersville, 56-28. Cal U had a disappointing finish to its season, losing two of its final three games.

They finished with an 8-3 record and missed out on the Division-II football tournament.

So for those of you who have been following the TV guide for the past 12 weeks, this will be the last week you’ll be updated on how my former school is doing.

I know, I’m sad too.

Okay, let’s get out of the dark and look towards the upcoming week of football on your television. Make sure you check with your local listings, as some markets may switch games around.
