I'm going to do something a little different with the stadium rankings this time around.
This list won't rehash all of the classic games or all of the legends that have played in a stadium up until 2012. If you want to read a list of that, check out this article.
Instead, these rankings are going to be based on one simple question: If you could go to an entire slate of games for one stadium in 2012, which stadium would you choose?
Atmosphere, capacity and aesthetics all still play a big part in it, but now we're going to add in how good a team is going to be, what teams will be visiting and other intangibles.
This gets tricky when it comes to the Big 12 and other conference who have not settled their schedules as of yet, but by the end of this article, we should have a good understanding of where the biggest games and settings will be in 2012.
Keep in mind that this list will only take into account the 120 home stadiums. Therefore the Georgia Dome, Cotton Bowl and other neutral site games will not have any impact in the rankings.
