Fantasy Football Rankings: Week 11 Big Board
The fantasy football regular season is winding down along with the mercury, but the huge points are full-go right now, particularly as they relate to red-hot quarterbacks.
It hasn't been a matter of if fantasy will get a five-touchdown passer but who it will be. Heck, Mark Sanchez looks like a viable NFL quarterback again, even if he is no sure thing.
We break down Sanchez's viability, among other timely and newsworthy topics, in Bleacher Report's Week 11 Big Board.
Here we unveil the initial top 100 plays for Week 11, including position-by-position rankings of all the fantasy options. You can use these rankings to weigh your starts and sits or gear up for your daily fantasy football lineups, drafts and rosters. These rankings represent our predictions for the highest scorers—relative to their use, game plan, health and matchup.
Top 100: Houston Texans' Arian Foster Back in a Familiar Spot
1 of 7What would a week be without a banged-up superstar in fantasy this season? Arian Foster, you are back up. Again. And again.
Foster has been a fantasy gem like days of old, and he still cannot shake the injury bug. This time it is a groin injury, but head coach Bill O'Brien is expecting Foster to play, according to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle.
Foster at least has had the bye week to rest this one. Still, you have to consider backup Alfred Blue a potential sleeper flex option this week against the upstart Cleveland Browns on the road. The Browns have a bottom-five run defense.
Foster has averaged the most fantasy points per game this season—yes, even more than the Dallas Cowboys' DeMarco Murray's 10-game average, according to FFToday. He is a must-start option in our book, even with the groin issue.
We rank Foster as a top-five option in Bleacher Report's initial Top 100 rankings for Week 11. Blue is just out of the Top 100.

Quarterbacks: Mark Sanchez Is Back in Conversation
2 of 7You can love what Mark Sanchez did with his first start with the Philadelphia Eagles from a fantasy perspective, but we cannot yet rank him among the top 12 fantasy quarterbacks when a top quarterback's bye week is not limiting your options. Sanchez needs more than one week at the helm of the Eagles' potent offense to enter the must-start fantasy status in one-quarterback, 12-team formats.
We will find out just how much Sanchez is a product of the system in Philly vs. a victim of the system of his former team, the offensively inept New York Jets.
"I said since day one that you better have two quarterbacks in this league," head coach Chip Kelly told Bob Ford of The Philadelphia Inquirer. "I don't think we missed a beat offensively."
Next up for Sanchez and the Eagles is a shootout against the Green Bay Packers. This could wind up being one of the best weeks of Sanchez's career. We rank Sanchez No. 13—a starter in larger leagues and a must-start option in two-quarterback formats.
Here are B/R's top quarterback plays for Week 11:

Running Backs: Denver Broncos' Revolving RB Door Still Spinning
3 of 7We are not going to find out who the Denver Broncos will start at running back in the fantasy postseason this week...or perhaps next, either. The Broncos just cannot seem to keep all of their backs healthy at one time.
Ronnie Hillman (mid-foot sprain) is out for at least two weeks, according to ESPN.com's Jeff Legwold. It will keep Montee Ball owners in fantasy purgatory.
Ball is expected to return this week "to try and get my old job back," he told Legwold. C.J. Anderson is coming off a busy and productive Week 10, while undrafted rookie Juwan Thompson is still in the mix somewhere, too.
The Broncos have four running backs with at least 30 carries. They have options, but we cannot yet discern which one will help fantasy owners the most through the end of the season.
Head coach John Fox makes the call, he told Legwold, but it is really decided by health as much as the hot hand and what Fox wants:
"Speaks to the depth we have, we've been pretty fortunate with some guys, next man up stepping in doing a good job. ... Tribute to those guys staying on top of their craft. ...
It's who's healthy, No. 1 first and foremost. We've been evaluating that week to week...we'll evaluate it again come Wednesday. Doesn't matter how I feel, it's how they feel. ... Time heals, we'll see how they feel come Wednesday.
"
FantasyPros' analyst consensus rankings like Anderson (18th) significantly over Ball (34th). We prefer the preseason favorite, Ball, to start in deference to that.
Ball is a top-24 fantasy running back in B/R's top plays for Week 11:

Wide Receivers: Jordan Matthews Proving Fantasy Worth
4 of 7We say it very often in fantasy football—when a new quarterback takes over as a starter, that team's third and fourth receiving options become intriguing. For the Philadelphia Eagles, it is Mark Sanchez throwing to rookie wideout Jordan Matthews.
Fantasy owners are catching the Matthews bug just as much as Sanchez, making Matthews the most-added wide receiver in CBSSports.com leagues as of Tuesday night. Matthews is still available in about one-third of leagues, too.
We going to explain Matthew's production in Week 10 with the above theorem. Sanchez's first start made Matthews the third-most productive fantasy receiver in CBSSports.com standard scoring.
The Green Bay Packers are up next for Sanchez and Matthews, so we cannot fully guarantee Matthews to have back-to-back huge weeks. We consider Matthews merely a No. 3 fantasy wideout until he proves more consistent, particularly against the Packers' top-10 pass defense.
B/R places Matthews in the top 30 instead of the top three in its Week 11 ranking of wide receivers:

Tight Ends: Mychal Rivera Hasn't Been Slowed Down of Late
5 of 7
Welcome to fantasy's reality, Mychal Rivera. Despite emerging as Derek Carr's favorite target with back-to-back solid games with touchdowns, actually three in PPR if you count his seven catches for Week 8, the Oakland Raiders now have to face the San Diego Chargers.
The Chargers have issues of late defending the pass, but that does not apply to their work against tight ends. They are third-best in fantasy against tight ends, according to FFToday. Only the Eagles and Saints (one apiece) have allowed fewer touchdowns to fantasy tight ends than the Chargers (two). The Chargers haven't allowed a 100-yard receiving day, or even a 75-yard day, to a tight end either.
Congrats on getting Rivera off waivers in ESPN.com leagues, where he is the most added player at his position. Now, you have to decide whether to start him in one of the toughest matchups for tight ends in fantasy.
We follow Rivera's recent surge and say it trumps the Chargers' success, ranking Rivera among the top 10 starts in B/R's Week 11 rankings:
