NBA Social Media Awards 2012: Date, Time, TV Info, Nominees & Predictions
The NBA has been on the cutting edge of social media use in sports for quite some time. They have decided to further embrace the phenomenon by hosting their first annual NBA Social Media Awards.
This event is meant to celebrate the connection between what happens on the court and what fans are saying at home through 12 separate awards that range from the funniest play of the season to the most involved athlete on Facebook, Twitter and other platforms.
