If Biyombo develops as hoped and is drafted by the Bulls, Carlos Boozer could easily be traded
Now I know I have used the words intriguing prospect already. I've also described players as extremely athletic.
Combine both and you get Bismack Biyombo.
A player from the Congo who has been playing in Spain, not much is known about him. As a result, he could go anywhere from the Top 10 to end of the first round. And if he is available, the Bulls should jump at the chance to add him.
At 6'9'', but with a 7'7'' wingspan, Biyombo is a shot blocker and defensive presence without a skilled offensive game. Think almost of a Serge Ibaka. Also a skilled offensive rebounder, he and Joakim Noah could easily combine to be the best offensive rebounding combo in the league.
Another potential benefit is his age, Biyombo is said to be 19 years old, and obviously would have a long career in front of him to develop. That being said, there is some doubt as to when he actually was born, and he could be older, or younger for that matter. Either way, his potential is limitless.
The Bulls could sit at pick No. 28 and draft Biyombo, or he could be gone by pick seven. He is by far the biggest wild card in this year's draft. But if he is available when the Bulls are on the clock, it would be foolish to pass up such potential. If he does play up to his potential, the Bulls could look to move Carlos Boozer
