Jimmer Fredette remains a hot topic leading up to this year's draft. The latest buzz? Some mock drafts have him being selected before national champion Kemba Walker.
The chances of that actually happening seem extremely small to me, but depending on where the ping-pong balls land, it could happen.
They would fit essentially the same need on whatever team drafts them, as their games are fairly similar. If most teams had to choose one or the other, they'd go with Walker.
They have two lottery picks this summer, and if they get lucky and have both their picks fall in place within the first five or six, Jimmer could go before Kemba.
If the order doesn't change through the lottery, Kemba will probably be selected first.
Here is a mock draft with the order based on records and trades—of course, it will most likely change after the May 17 lottery.
