With the Dubs leading OKC by nearly 20 points in the third quarter, KD got into two separate altercations.
First, the moment we've all been waiting for: Durant vs. Russell Westbrook.
Westbrook could be seen barking, "I'm coming!" in what became a 20-point quarter for the MVP candidate. According to Anthony Slater of the San Jose Mercury News, Durant was calling scoreboard:
Minutes later, Durant went head-to-head with Andre Roberson after a hard foul.
KD downplayed the scuffle and the back-and-forth with Westbrook, insisting it's "all part of the game":
Golden State won, 130-114, and moved to 3-0 against the Thunder in 2016-17.
Durant finished with 34 points, nine rebounds and three assists on 12-of-21 shooting. Westbrook recorded 47 points, 11 rebounds, eight assists and 11 turnovers on 14-of-26 shooting.
