NBA Team Incomes

It's interesting to see how much money teams are making. Larger cities with more disposable income have obvious advantages, since they can charge more for tickets, can spend more on players, and have a higher chance of winning as a result.
However, there were a few surprises.
Chicago, we knew, always made money no matter what because of the brand name, but they made the SAME amount as the Lakers, who just won the championship.
Also, Boston doesn't seem to make that much money at all—or maybe the economic crunch hit them a little harder.
Detroit seems to have a really strong fan base, as they make money even when the Pistons are not good.
Any other thoughts?
