DeMar DeRozan Attempts to Posterize China Defender with 360 Dunk
Had the finish been there, this dunk by Team USA guard DeMar DeRozan would have joined Vince Carter's legendary slam among the greatest in basketball history.
Late in the fourth quarter of Team USA's 107-57 victory on Tuesday, DeRozan attempted to put an exclamation point on the game by throwing down a 360 dunk—on a defender. It's one thing to try to get fancy like that on a breakaway, but it's another entirely to try to posterize a defender in that manner.
Alas, the dunk did not go down. But it nearly did.

The 360 attempt was so crazy, Kevin Durant got hit with a technical for celebrating too much. Again, it was on a missed dunk—but what a miss it was.
Even LeBron James was ready to give props:
It may not have been better than Carter's incredible feat (even if it had gone down), but it would have at least been in the conversation.
DeRozan finished the game with four points.
