Kevin Hart Says He Once Roasted an Unamused Michael Jordan at Charity Event

Even Kevin Hart’s favorite basketball player is not exempt from getting roasted.

On Monday night, the comedian told Jimmy Kimmel about a time he hosted a charity event for "His Airness" in Las Vegas. Hart said the crowd was uppity—“everybody’s neck was really straight.”

In an attempt to loosen things up, Hart starting ragging on MJ, who was apparently wearing his pants high in the front row. Hart also took shots at Jordan’s mustache.

Silence.

Afterward, Hart described his encounter with Jordan as an awkward one.

“He shook my hand, and he squeezed it real hard and was like (through gritted teeth), ‘You have a good day.’”

Hart said he hasn’t seen the six-time champion since then, but when he does, he’ll tell MJ to “lose the ‘tude.”
