LeBron James and Dwyane Wade Spend Time Training Together in Miami

The Cleveland Cavaliers have a few days off this week, so LeBron James decided to take his talents to South Beach to put some work in with an old friend.

That buddy just happens to be former Miami Heat teammate Dwyane Wade.

According to Joe Vardon of Cleveland.com, James and his wife, Savannah, spent some time with trainer David Alexander during their trip to Miami. And as this video shows, Wade was also present.

While some may try to draw some grand conclusions based on this workout, Wade let it be known, per Jason Lieser of the Palm Beach Post, that it was just two friends spending an off day together at the gym:

The Cavaliers last played on Monday and don't play again until Friday. If James can leave chilly Ohio for Miami for a few days and still get his workouts in, that's his call.
