Trail Blazers' Damian Lillard Releases New Track Called 'They Sleep'

When Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard isn't putting in work on the court or in the gym, there's a good chance the rapping hoopster known as Dame D.O.L.L.A. is working on some slick rhymes.

Lillard has made it known over the years that he loves spitting out bars in his free time. He has created some songs (such as here and here) that have received strong reviews, with many believing he could easily be in the music industry if he really wanted.

In his latest track, "They Sleep", Lillard keeps it real:

Although the Trail Blazers guard wishes he would just get the respect he feels he has earned, Lillard has used the doubters and snubs to create some serious heat in the recording studio.
