Cleveland Cavaliers Players Take Turns Posting Group Photo on Instagram

Thomas DuffySep 12, 2015

Whether it be on the court or online, the Cleveland Cavaliers know no offseason.

On Saturday, 10 members of the team got together for a workout, and almost all of them posted the same group shot.

Freshly re-signed shooting guard J.R. Smith kicked things off and kept it simple with the “#Squad” caption.

Anderson Varejao missed the majority of last season, but he’ll be back and looking to contribute in 2015-16.

He tagged his teammates and called it a “great week of workouts,” which leads us to believe that there might be another squad picture somewhere:

After Smith and Varejao’s posts, the picture started popping up everywhere.

Iman Shumpert noted through hashtags that he wasn’t flexing and that “’Twas a great day to perfect the craft”:

Kyrie Irving, still recovering from a knee injury, followed Smith’s lead and modestly dubbed his version “#Crew”:

Veteran point guard and notable free-agent acquisition Mo Williams called it a “good day at the office” and hashtagged “#questforaring” and “togetheron3familyon6”:

Finally, LeBron James hopped on board. The King made sure to acknowledge that some teammates were missing “but not forgotten.”

And just as they were last season, James said the Cavaliers are “on a mission":

They might not be the reigning champions, but these Cavaliers are, without a doubt, the definition of "#SquadGoals."
