Mitch Richmond's Ridiculous Mansion for Sale

Looking for a new place to live, complete with a basketball court, wine cellar and waterfall that is also Justin Bieber adjacent? Lucky you, Mitch Richmond is selling his house!

Richmond's mansion, nestled in suburban Los Angeles, is everything you would ever need in a $9.4 million piece of real estate surrounded by other famous folk.

Bieber, Tommy Lee, Ken Jeong, Rebecca Romijn and Brandy all live near the almost 13,000-square-foot home in a community called "Estate at the Oaks."

The 2.3-acre, six-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate includes a sports bar, theater room, game room, wine cellar, beauty salon, meditation room, gym, sauna, pool, water slide, basketball court and homework room for your children.

So yeah, it's pretty much got everything a normal person needs.

Of course, the coolest thing in the entire house is a handful of framed 1996 Dream Team jerseys. If those are game-worn and come with the house, I just might think about calling in an offer before somebody else grabs it.

Richmond, the former shooting guard for the Golden State Warriors, Sacramento Kings, Washington Wizards and Los Angeles Lakers, worked to help keep the Kings in Sacramento in the past few months. If you do buy the house, make sure to look for any traces of the Maloof brothers having been invited to a friendly lunch.

It's entirely possible that they're still living there as squatters. If we learned one thing from their ownership of the Kings, it's that have no idea what it means to overstay a welcome.

The Southern California home has been on the market for a little over a month now, so keep an eye out for a possible price drop if there isn't any serious interest soon.
