Just your nightly "Russell Westbrook just did what?" update.

On a night in which Kevin Durant posted 41 points and 13 assists, it was Westbrook who blew away the players and fans in attendance. As only Westbrook can, he roared down the lane and threw down the NBA's dunk of the night.

You know you're the league's top athlete when a furious dunk is considered business as usual.

Chris Palmer of ESPN NBA Insider stated what appears to be the obvious. Go ahead and argue now.

Russell Westbrook would win the dunk contest. Easy.

LeBron James, James White and Gerald Green may beg to differ. So let's get this done!

As for those who need more proof, allow this dunk that did not count speak volumes to Westbrook's athleticism. You know, a virtual no-run reverse double-pump.

About that...

As for the rest of Twitter, there was a citing of a Bruce Campbell reference. Yes, folks, that Bruce Campbell.

The one you can now find on Burn Notice.
