Steve Nash, Grant Hill and the Amar'e Stoudemire-less Phoenix Suns failed to recreate most of the fire and excitement they ignited with 2010's deep playoff run last season (they finished 40-42 and missed the postseason), but the team never failed to to capture fans' imaginations with some amazing plays over the course of the regular season.

One of the league's top offenses over the past seven seasons, Phoenix, led by two-time MVP point guard Steve Nash, has long been one of the best tickets in town for opposing fans as well.

Join Bleacher Report as we count down the 10 best plays on video by Nash and the Suns from 2010-2011.

10. Marcin Gortat Makes a Poster

Suns big man Marcin Gortat showed why he is an emerging force in the NBA with this late-January dunk on New Orleans Hornets rookie defender Quincy Pondexter.

The jam was set up by an excellent, Nash-like feed from Grant Hill.

9. Jared Dudley Converts on the Four-Point Play

With the Suns looking for something to get them going in the second quarter against the Portland Trail Blazers, swingman Jared Dudley gives the team and the fans a reason to shout with a beautifully-executed four-point play from the corner.

8. Jason Richardson Puts Kobe Bryant in the Spin Cycle

Jason Richardson helped the Suns defeat the defending champion Los Angeles Lakers on the road with an athletic crossover and spin move which turned into a casual layup.

7. Gortat Knocks Down the Triple at the Horn

Marcin Gortat shocked Suns fans and the Boston Celtics when he stepped out behind the arc to nail a three-pointer at the first-quarter buzzer. The Suns would go on to beat the Celtics in a chippy, sloppy game.

6. Steve Nash to Gortat to Channing Frye for Three

This play could only have been made by Steve Nash.

The Canadian holds onto the ball until the last second, finally chucking a pass behind his back before falling out of bounds.

Gortat takes the pass and finds a wide-open Channing Frye for a clutch three-pointer on the wing.

5. Nash Finds Vince Carter for the Reverse Jam

Vince Carter returned to play his old team, the Toronto Raptors, with the Suns last winter, and wowed his former fans with a reverse alley-oop dunk set up by Steve Nash from half court.

4. Hakim Warrick Drops the Sledgehammer on Utah

Hakim Warrick shows a flash of former Sun Amar'e Stoudemire, taking a crisp delivery from Nash and turning it into a facial for Utah Jazz defenders.

3. Vinsanity Forces Overtime with Clutch 3-Pointer

Carter shows he still has some game left in him with this late-game act of heroism against the Oklahoma City Thunder; unfortunately, Vinsanity would crumble at the free-throw line in overtime, and the Suns would lose on the road.

2. Frye Beats the Buzzer, Wins It for the Suns

Frye beats the buzzer and the Indiana Pacers with a dagger from the wing; he would do it again on the road against the New Jersey Nets just one day later.

1. J-Rich Saves the Suns at the Buzzer with an Acrobatic Lay-in

Before J-Rich was traded to the Orlando Magic last December, he helped pull off one of the greatest last-second comebacks in Phoenix history at home against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Richardson's game-tying alley-oop sent the contest into overtime, where the Suns would eventually win in front of a shocked U.S. Airways Center crowd.
