1 of 5
Seems a little strange to see Shaq in a Celtic uniform, but he still impacts the game in his 18th year in the league.
He has started every game that he has played in this season, averaging 9.8 points and 4.9 rebounds per game in 21.1 minutes.
The Celtics' frontcourt depth allows Doc Rivers to pick and choose when to and how to use "The Big Aristotle."
Shaq continues to be an imposing figure in the lane, and has blocked 40 shots this year.
4. Jason Kidd
2 of 5
Jason Kidd continues to be one of the NBA's best floor generals.
The Dallas point guard is the league leader (active) in triple-doubles with 105. Wow! That's a bunch!
The 16-year vet is averaging 8.0 points, 8.4 assists and 4.6 rebounds per night this season.
His diverse role helps him be a valued commodity in the Maverick attack.
3. Grant Hill
3 of 5
Grant Hill continues to be one of the NBA's best multi-dimensional players.
One night he might be guarding Kobe; the next night he might be checking Amar'e.
The 15-year veteran averages 14.2 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.
If the Suns make a second-half run to the playoffs, Hill will be one of the big reasons why.
2. Ray Allen
4 of 5
Ray Allen is one of the top three-point shooters in NBA history, and he is still one of the best from beyond the arc, currently fifth in the league.
Allen's 2010-11 three-point percentage (45.5 percent) is the best he has shot in his career.
The 14-year veteran averages 17.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game.
Allen continues to be one of the main reasons why the Celtics have the Eastern Conference's best record, and may end up in the NBA Finals again this year.
1. Steve Nash
5 of 5
Steve Nash is the best player in the NBA 35 years and older.
The 14-year vet is averaging 17.2 points and 3.6 rebounds per game, some pretty good numbers.
But the Suns point guard is second in assists in the NBA (11.0), and is the third-best free throw shooter (91.5 percent).
He is the top guard in field goal percentage (53.1) in the NBA.
If the Suns make a successful playoff run, Steve Nash will be leading the way.
