Athletes are generally regarded as having some of the best coordination on the planet. Their moves on the court, field, ice or in the water show the result of immaculate genetics and thorough training.
But even some people just can't dance, and this is a tribute to those stars would shouldn't be anywhere near a camera when they feel the urge to bust a move.
Viewers beware, this is awkward, puzzling, and downright hilarious! Enjoy!
The Red Sox felt defeating the curse of decades without a World Series Championship just wasn't enough. So when they won it again, they celebrated with a little more gusto, and a lot of new moves.
In the annual "Buckeye's Got Talent" competition at THE Ohio State University, the wrestling team stole the stage, and the show with this dance routine.
They are already used to wearing spandex, so the spray-on shorts and tiny T's weren't much of a stretch. Get it?
Viewers, keep in mind this was a charity event! During Spring Training in 2008, Mike Lowell's charity foundation held an event to raise funds for cancer research, and named it "Dancing with The All-Stars." Red Sox players were paired with actual dancers to the appeasement of the crowd.
Not wanting to be outdone, Dustin Pedroia put on his own show...
Maybe the San Diego Chargers just couldn't handle LaDanian Tomlinson's dance moves. Last year LT put out a dance video of the "Electric Glide." The video is so hilarious and awkward it's difficult to look away.
Shaq-Diesel always finds a way to entertain, and this time he dragged LeBron James and Dwight Howard into the mix, and they obliged handily.
The trio put on a hilarious show of moves for the fans, yet another hilarious moment added to Shaq's legacy.
ESPN has been making hilarious commercials for years, and you can tell this video was an instant classic. Gheorghe Muresan stands 7'7" tall, and maybe even was Mark Madsen's dance instructor, which would explain a lot.
The commercial came out in 1997, when the Washington Wizards were still known as the Washington Bullets. Check out the short shorts and the killer dance moves from Muresan, and the assists from Karl Ravich and Kenny Mayne.
A video by Adam Bobrow shows a Ping Pong player with some serious moves in this excessive celebration. Raw videos without music can be found all over YouTube, but embedding has been disabled so here is the remix.
What is more funny? The celebration of the win or the tiny shorts and fauxhawk? You be the judge...
If you haven't seen this skit with Peyton Manning on Saturday Night Live, you've been sorely missing out. His dance performance rivals any performance he's ever had on the field. The whole skit is ridiculously funny!
Apologies for the poor video quality...
During his guest-hosting of Saturday Night Live, LeBron James attempted to top Peyton Manning in his dance. Soon, the rumors would swirl regarding James' sexuality, and that one piece leotard and matching head band make a strong case.
Miami, you can have 'em!
The Los Angeles Lakers took home the NBA Championship in 2001, and put on a show for their fans. Shaquille O'Neal got the crowd revved up with some lyrics, but Mark Madsen stole the show with his god-awful white boy moves...Can't give you much more of a description while being speechless from this video...
For a man who trained daily for years, working on speed, agility, and quickness, Mike Tyson sure looks like his feet are made of brick and mortared to the ground.
Even so, Tyson's effort to take a break from children-eating and other random slurs is noteworthy. His dancing takes the video up a notch.
And Jabbawockeez: Keep an eye on Wayne Brady.
