The three players of the 2003 Draft Class, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh recently decided to join forces and join the Miami Heat. I am sure a lot of Heat fans are overjoyed about this news but there are also some fans who absolutely hate it. Well, I'm sure the majority of NBA fans other than the band-wagoners dislike this move.
LeBron James ditched his promise to the Cavaliers about winning a championship and took the easy way out. If I were a Heat fan, I would not take any promises from LeBron James, ever.
With this move by the three superstars it makes people wonder outside of possibilities. Nobody would have seen this coming from a season away and now that this has been made possible I guess we cannot see any other future moves, whether it would be Chris Paul leaving New Orleans or even Kevin Durant joining forces with some of the league's top superstars to counter the Heat trio.
The Heat have put together quite a dangerous team with defense, outside shooting, leadership, ball handling, and inside offensive presence all locked. Possibly a lot more attributes have been covered by the Heat. It should be exciting to see the plans the other 29 teams in the NBA will put into action to counter this team. Stopping LeBron James with the team's best defender would only open a window of opportunity or in Dwayne Wade's case an open stroll the rim for an easy two points.
It'll be a tough assignment for any team to beat the Heat but it is clear that the only team that will be capable of limiting the Miami Heat in a playoff series would be the defending repeating champions, the Los Angeles Lakers. They have Kobe Bryant, Ron Artest and Pau Gasol all whom are able to guard Dwyane Wade, LeBron James and Chris Bosh respectively. Not to mention that Derek Fisher and Andrew Bynum would be able to take advantage of their match ups. It is clear the Lakers are the team for the Heat to beat this season, possibly a preview will be in a Christmas Day special.
Since the newly formed Heat signed the three superstars every single small detail was taken into account and this created hate against the Heat and the players whether it would be what Chris Bosh recently had to say about him not wanting to play in Toronto or even LeBron James leaving Cleveland. Respect has been loss for the two superstars, even Dwyane Wade may be losing some people's respect.
Let's just see how many championships this team really is capable of winning. Or, how about they try to stop the Los Angeles Lakers from winning another championship.
